*12-month introductory rate for new lines with a minimum of $20,000. Closing costs will be waived with an initial advance of $10,000 and an automatic payment from a RFCU deposit account. Repayment of waived closing costs will be required if the loan is closed within the first 36 months for any reason including the sale of your home or if you refinance. Home Equity Line of Credit available to Pennsylvania residents only. Loan must be secured by borrower’s primary residence. Property insurance is required. Introductory annual percentage rate “APR” of 2.74% for credit score of 680 and above with maximum 85% Loan To Value ratio. Introductory rate as low as 2.74% APR for first year, then APR will vary for remaining life of loan. As of 3/1/2014 variable APR would have been 3.50% APR for up to 85% LTV. Variable rate based on the Prime Rate as published by The Wall Street Journal in its Money Rates table, plus or minus a margin disclosed at the time of loan closing, and will vary with the Prime Rate. The variable rate will not be less than 3.50% or exceed 18%. Cannot be combined with any other discounts. Offer expires April 30, 2014.
