Awareness Makes Cents For Our Community!

We kick off our fourth Awareness Makes Cents campaign this October with a new twist – it’s virtual and just as much fun! Check out what we have planned to promote early detection and raise funds for those in our local community impacted by breast cancer.

Handmade Piggy Bank Auction

Our employees have created colorful hand-painted piggy banks that will be shared on our social media pages throughout the month. Vote for your favorite via our Facebook page. All banks will be available for purchase on Friday, November 2, 2020, via auction on our Facebook page. See below for auction rules and deadlines.

Awareness Makes Cents 2020 T-Shirts and Paracord Bracelets

Dress in style this fall with colorful long-sleeve shirts or braided bracelets. Don’t delay – sizes are limited, so order yours online today! Shirts are $25 and bracelets are $7 each.

Custom Instant Issue Awareness Makes Cents Debit Cards

This year we’ve added new Awareness Makes Cents custom designs to feature on your card. Show your support and carry our custom Awareness Makes Cents debit card. For each custom card purchased, a $10 donation will be made to Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks County (BCSS).

Text-to-donate Fundraising Campaign

All month long you can make a cash donation by texting "BCSS" to 44321. Proceeds from all sales will go to support BCSS, a non-profit providing hope, information and emotional support to those affected by breast cancer.

We hope you'll join us virtually in spreading awareness and showing your support!
