Tax Forms Now Available Online
Members enrolled in eStatements prior to December 31st, 2022, can now view their 1098 and 1099 tax forms from the e-statements link in online or mobile banking. Tax forms for members not currently signed up for eStatements will be mailed by January 31, 2023. Please be aware that ongoing mail delays may affect actual delivery dates.
How to access your tax forms in Online Banking:
1. Log in to online banking
2. Click the "eStatements" Tab and select "Tax Form"

To switch, log in to Online Banking. Click on eStatements.

Online Banking is the easiest way to view your statements, but if you're not enrolled in Online Banking, and would like to have eStatements, you can enroll by visiting the secure site https://www.bitstatement.org/riverfrontfcu - the site will walk you through the enrollment process which includes choosing a user name and password. You will then be able to view your eStatements the following month.
