Our Mobile App and your Location Data
Our mobile banking app periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to support features that prevent fraudulent card use and alerts, but only if you expressly authorize collection of such information. You may choose whether geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background, only while the app is being used, or not at all. You can change your location permissions at any time in your device settings.
Our Mobile App Use of Information
This application may require access to the contact list on your mobile device in order to facilitate certain features within the application including, but not limited to, Zelle, Bill Pay, and Mobile Lending.
We may use the contact list information obtained from your mobile device for the following purposes:
- Facilitating the Zelle feature, allowing you to send and receive money securely within the Application.
- Enabling the Bill Pay feature, enabling you to manage and pay your bills conveniently through the Application.
- Supporting the Mobile Lending feature, assisting you in applying for loans and related financial services.

Riverfront Credit Card Mobile App periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information for enabling features such as, but not limited to, card use and alerts to prevent fraudulent activates, but only if the end user expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the feature(s) are being used or not at all, depending on the end users selection. The end user can change his/her/their location permissions at any time in their device settings.
