Credit Card App Update

At Riverfront, one of our top priorities is ensuring the safety and security of our members’ financial information across all digital channels. You are receiving this email since you currently have a credit card with Riverfront. We wanted to let you know about an important update to Riverfront’s Credit Card app.

It is imperative that all cardholders update their Credit Card app to version 39.0.1 before November 14, 2024.  If you do not update to the latest version of Riverfront’s Credit Card app, you will experience a complete loss of functionality, and the app will stop working.

How do I tell which version of the Credit Card app is on my phone?

You can view which version of the Credit Card app you’re using by looking at the bottom of your log-in screen. If you need to update to version 37.0.1 visit your Apple or Google Play store to download the latest version.

The app version is located at bottom of login screen. 39.0.1

Automatic Updates

For members who have their phones set to auto-update, please be sure to check the bottom of your Riverfront Credit Card app log in screen to confirm you’re running the latest version. If not, visit your Apple or Google Play store to download the latest version.

2 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Riverfront holidays. Mobile deposits received and accepted by 4:00 PM on business days will appear in your account by 6:00 PM the same day. Mobile deposits received and accepted after 4:00 PM will appear in your account by 6:00 PM the following business day. If the deposit is subject to our Funds Availability policy a hold may be placed on the deposit. Generally, funds deposited using Mobile Deposit (which are subject to a hold) will be made available no later than two business days from the day of deposit. Riverfront may make such funds available sooner or may extend the hold period beyond two business days based on such factors as new account, large deposit, redeposited checks, repeated overdrafts, reasonable doubt of collectability and emergency conditions.
